Prior to founding Senzon Search, Jason spent nearly 5 years at the global executive search firm Marlin Hawk, most recently serving as a Client Partner and Head of the Asset Management Practice. He has extensive experience leading complex senior-level searches across various disciplines including, technology, quantitative research, data, product and operations. Throughout his career, he has forged partnerships with some of the world’s premier hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, market-makers, fintechs and private equity organizations. Jason has notably been at the forefront of marquee cross-industry placements, particularly from technology to finance. Prior to joining Marlin Hawk, Jason spent the first 10 years of his career as a Partner at the boutique search firm Bernard Nickels & Associates. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a Bachelor’s in Sociology. Jason resides in New York City with his wife and 2 sons.
